Our Team
Todd Nebeker, Ph.D.
A lifelong interest in leadership and maximizing one’s potential led Todd to first earning an MBA and then a Ph.D. in Leadership. His research focused on the role of mentors in leadership development.
Todd started his career in college athletics, where he learned invaluable leadership lessons from amazing coaches and administrators. His roles primarily involved building and strengthening relationships, which have become a cornerstone of his leadership style. Todd now focuses on applying the lessons and principles learned to helping others become the best leaders they can be. Todd works in university adminsitration.
Jay Young, Ph.D.
Jay is an experienced and dynamic educator, has sat on multiple boards and is the author and conference presenter of scholarly papers focused on topics such as Teamwork, Would I Follow Me?, Incentivizing to Win, EDGE leadership, OER, learning dynamics, learning analytics, blended learning, and keystroke dynamics.
Currently a higher education administrator, Jay has substantial leadership development, instructional design, and learning strategy experience.
